This is SadSap. He's the creation of one of my favorite artists nerviswr3k here in Phoenix. He's a talented artist and you should check him out. He's got a whole series with this character called "Inner Child" and this is the biggest one he's ever made. It's on a Mega Munny base and it's a lot of Sculpty. Like a lot. This thing is heavy and delicate. Take good care of him. He's sad and doing his best. He grew his monster armor to protect him from the world.
