This agreement constitutes a contract between you and the person you're renting from.

By accepting this agreement, you acknowledge that PROPit is a marketplace that connects curators with creatives and has no legal interest in either the rental of items or the project for which the item is rented for use of.

As with other marketplaces (eBay, AirBnB, OfferUp, etc.), you acknowledge that this is a transaction between you and the person you're renting the item(s) from. PROPit claims no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen items. You attest that you own the items you are listing for rental on PROPit and that the items are not owned by any other person or entity without knowledge of the items listing for rental on PROPit.

Any disputes must be handled between you and the person you rented the item from. PROPit can intervene to handle disputes at it's own discretion, but, ultimately, caveat emptor/buyer beware.

Additionally, as the renter, you agree to have your payment method of choice charged the replacement cost listed on the item description if you lose or break the item. Please ensure the functionality and condition of the item before accepting it.

You agree to treat members of the PROPit marketplace with respect and understand that any form of discrimination, harassment, exclusion, or bigotry can result in your account being terminated upon review.
